Tom Baumann

Tom Baumann is a capital markets executive with over 25 years’ experience in investor relations, corporate relations and business development. Tom served as the Head of Corporate Relations and Business Development for the NYSE designated market making (DMM) business of Goldman Sachs and then IMC providing valuable insights to 600 NYSE-listed clients. In this role, he provided listed executives capital markets intelligence, guidance on corporate governance matters and valued-added investor relations deliverables.  During his combined twenty years at IMC and Goldman Sachs, Tom was responsible for bringing over 300 companies to the public market through IPOs, SPACs, and direct listings.

Prior to his time working within the New York Stock Exchange community, Tom served as the Director of Investor Relations at Newcourt Credit Group, Inc. (formerly AT&T Capital Corporation), where he received the Alexander Hamilton Award for Excellence in Investor Relations from Treasury & Risk Magazine. 

Tom earned a B.S. in Finance from Seton Hall University and an M.B.A. in International Business from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
